We have been a customer of Rothwell for many years and could not have had better service. When we call or email for service, the service is performed the same day or the following day. The technician is always pleasant and explains exactly what the problem was. There is always someone at Rothwell to explain any questions that we have relative to the equipment. Also, when supplies are needed, they are right on it. We are very pleased with the company, the equipment, and all of their staff.
